Aditya Bahl is Assistant Professor of Comparative Literature and Global Asias at The Pennsylvania State University.

He received his PhD in English from Johns Hopkins in 2024. During 2023-24, he was a research fellow at the American Institute of Indian Studies. He also worked as the Associate Editor for English Literary History (ELH) during 2021-2023.

He has written about culture and politics for London Review of Books, The Nation, New Left Review, The Caravan, The New Inquiry, and Himal, among other publications. He is also the author of four chapbooks of poetry including MUKT (NYC: Organism for Poetic Research, 2021) and NAME AMEN (Malmö: Timglaset, 2018).
